Indifferent and poor customer support.I bought a LG G3 77inch and sound bar,the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful . Once the purchase was completed I was informed that the installation would be an additional £90 I accepted this and was also told the sound bar would come later. I was told it’s an additional fee to fit the sound bar after making several calls to the shop, I fitted it myself but can’t get the sound bar working. The shops response is that’s surprising but nothing they can do.

Purchased a sound system from Richer Sounds of Bath in 2023. Tested a few speaker options in store. Then returned to pick up the one I decided on. The speakers are great quality along with the amplifier. Would like to say a big thank you to Fred for all the advice along the way and advice on how to connect the TV to the amplifier.

Really good products amazing service. Visited today to fined out what I need for what I'm wanting I wanted to create a cinema experience but with better quality sound. The sales person listened to what I wanted and showed me what was available we narrowed down to 2 options and found my preferred out of the 2. I enjoyed the visit and learned alot and it was helpful being able to see alot of the products in person. There is a customer carpark behind the shop

I have a strong sense of loyalty to Richer Sounds going back over many years so I can't say this is an unbiased review. I always assume Candour, professionalism and quality with Richer Sounds in Bath or otherwise.

I'm 38...in the last 10-15 years every service provided, every industry, anything that has customer services has gone down hill big time. But thankfully richer sounds still has excellent customer service. The staff are very helpful and friendly and even though I bought my amp from them 3 years ago and it was just out of warranty...they still had a look and fixed my minor problem free of charge....in less than 5 mins. Thanks guys. You're a rare breed.

Experienced staff are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Extremely helpful and price matching too! Have bought several items from them over the years! A good shop to do business with! Highly recommended!
